Setting up the shift stops in the shifter
Another members post got me thinking
I bought my shifter new but from another dude, but I didnt get directions with it about the shift stops and never really thought about em. How do ya set those up right. BTW I have a t-45

Okay well back all of your stops out all the way. Put it in 3rd and then screw in the stop until it is touching the shifter handle. Now mark on the on it with a marker and then back the stop out one turn. That is how I was told to do it on my Pro 5.0. You also can take a feeler gauge and it should be about 0.010" gap. Now do the other side in fourth gear and it should be correct.
