+1 either should be fine. Haynes manual says .054, but if you buy oem replacements they are .052................or maybe vice versa

damn really? i think they are platinums im not 100% i know for a fact they are bosch tho. i basically just replaced what was in the car from the previous owner, cuz the auto shop was tryin to tell me i had to buy some ridiculous ass 8$ plugs that ONLY mustangs ran on....i was calling bullshit on him.! lol

my car runs fine, im just going off track results, i was running a 9.7 on the 8th mile, after i did, A CAI, wireset and plugs, and the recalled intake manifold. i was running 10's and up, so im thinking it could be from the plugs not being gapped right.

It's possible.

I had the platinum 4s - like 5 bucks a piece - and the car idled like it had a vacuum leak. So I switched to NGKs and its been smooth ever since. Regap yours and let us know how it goes!

well im not going to the track anytime soon, so i wont know exactly if it fixes the slower times, but ill let ya know how it runs after.

It cost to race the damn thing, ...i just dont got money to keep fixing my daily driver lmao!. so no racing for a while

another question tho....would narrowing the gap make gas milage better or worse??
