Oil Cooler problem on 96 GT

I have a 96 GT and it came with an engine oil cooler from the factory. For some reason antifreeze is leaking out of the little hole. I changed the gasket that goes on the oil cooler, I changed the o-ring that goes on the block adapter, I even changed the gasket that goes behind the block adapter, even with all this anti-freeze is still leaking out. Could it be the oil cooler is no good anymore?

Did you look at where it meets up and make sure there was nothing wrong with it? No gouges or deep scratches that it could be weeping from?

I lol'd at your name btw.

I didnt see any deep scratches, it looked to be in pretty good shape, other than a little dirty.

Did you use thermostat and waterpump gasket sealant when you changed it out? Also, I don't know if the oil cooler has a weep hole like a water pump does, but I know if your loosing coolant from the weep hole on a water pump it means the bearings are going bad. The oil cooler doesn't have any moving parts though so I don't know. I have never run into this problem before.

I think I may have fixed this issue now. I put some rtv sealant around the gasket as well and no more coolant leak. Hopefully this will fix the issue. If not it may give me time to save for a new oil cooler. I may have to change my user name now I am no longer hating this car. Thanks for all the help
