Headlight Question

Ford Mustang CCFL Angel Eye Halo Projector Headlights: eBay Motors (item 220666699590 end time Sep-13-10 17:28:59 PDT)

Can you install headlights and then install an HID kit later? Or must the HID kit be installed at the same time as the headlights?

THANKS

Im pretty sure you cant run HIDs in projectors becuase the housing is alot smaller so the heat from the bulb would melt it.
