misfire problem, probelms, probably a problem?

ok people i need a little bit of assistance, out of nowhere my check engine light came on, saying cylinder one misfire, here is what i have checked and or swapped out, and i really cant think of anything else that it could be.
step 1. swapped coil packs
step 2. swapped spark plug wires
step 3. swapped fuel injectors
step 4. swapped spark plugs
and it is still coming up with cylinder one misfire.
and i did not swap in new parts, just moved what was in there around, because what part it is would have making the other cylinder misfire, or atleast should have. and after every part i swap i cleared the check engine code. also it seems that the light comes on at idle after the engine temp reaches normal.
any ideas or anything is more than helpful.
