Popping noise maybe exhaust leak?
Ok I have finally got my stang finished from close to a yrs worth of mods, and paint. I did the complete pi swap with ported heads, and I added the bbk shorty headers, x-pipe flow master exhaust, and the bbk throttle body, cold air filter and well basically any other decent bolt-on or mod I could find. Some-most of the work I did, however my local shop did some as well I can't take all the credit the guys at Mark Muffler here in Ky are pretty good, and more importantly-honest.
Now everything is together and running pretty good but but I am having a popping noise, for example if the car is idle and I give it gas as I push down on the pedal all is fine, but when I release pressure on the gas that is when I hear this loud metallic sounding pop. Sometimes it's just one pop sometimes 2, also it is not idling correctly, I have a ticking noise, and my radiator fan will not stay on I have all new sensors but still no luck. I am posting a you tube video, but it takes a couple hrs to convert it to you tube from my video camera. Thank you for any suggestions.

Did it just show up one day or get worse over time?
