Rims and Tire Help

Ok so winter is coming around the corner and i need to setup my winter set of wheels but i need some advice.

heres my options cuz my chrome cobras gotta sit in the garage this winter plus with the cheap summer tires on em the stang wont get nowhere.

1. I still have my stock GT rims i can use with probably some bridgestone blizzaks cuz i herd those are the very best winter tire for a mustang or RWD but they cost 1k >.<.

2. i found a decent looking deal on craigslist but i need opinions and help before i do anything. heres the link 2009 Ford Mustang GT Tires w/ Wheels

Questions : since these rims are 9" wide compared to my cobras and stock gt's 8" will this bring any problems or off set issues?? also those tires are all season tires will those pirreli's even get me anywhere in the winter or should i just use my stock gt rims and chip out the 1k cash for the bridgestone blizzaks?

If your looking at spending that much on wheels and tires why not just get an old front wheel drive car for the winters?
