Adjustable Upper and Lower Control Arms

What is the best type of adjustable upper and lower control arms? Also how hard are they to install and would that be a good time to swap out springs? And which tubular k-member would be best, and what is the procedure to install one? Thanks

What do you plan on doingstreet, road race, strip? If you use it on the street
the ones with spherical rod ends are going to be harsh. You cant go wrong with poly bushings for the street. It would be a good time to change springs
while the control arms are out.there are a lot of companies out there with tubular k frames all are pretty good,maximummotorsports,AJE,QA1.your probably should use a lift to change a k frame.you gotta support the engine, unbolt mounts, remove frt springs, remove k frame bolts and reverse

Well I am trying to set up my suspension for a street strip set up. And what type of springs would you use for drag? I have heard 4 cylinder fox up front with stock on back but I think there is probably better!

id only get the adjustable ones if your gonna have a shop set up the rear with them or if you have the know how to make the every thing is even with the adjustables...id go with upgrades from steeda or summit with poly bushings as for k member there are a few out there depending on what company you like...alot of ppl go with the QA1...but UPR and a few other companys have them as well for a decent price

No use 4cyl fox springs in the rear, not up front. Keep stock front or get drag springs from eibach.

I agree, unless you know how to set up adjustable ones dont buy them unless you can afford to have em set up. I like upr or lakewood traction action.
