Trying to decide what head to swap on my 97 gt?

I was thinking the patriot performance stage 2: http://www.americanmuscle.com/patrio...104-romeo.html

but they say fits 01-04 mustang.

And i was also looking at these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/4-6-5...Q5fAccessories

which do you think would be best?

And what all needs to be done to put in the new heads?

How much hp will the heads give me alone? I plan on adding pi cams and intake a little later.

Thanks.

get a set of pi heads, and stage 2 cams. you would be putting down some decent power.

Modularheadshop PI heads

check out modularheadshop before you go patriot. $995 for ported pi heads if you send in pi cores. many satisfied cars running nick's ported heads and making awesome numbers. hes full of information too if you wanted to talk about future plans for your car.

most ported pi/custom cam cars run 330-350 rwhp (the limit of airflow for the stock pi intake) and some trickflow hci cars are around 360 rwhp with a bit more torque than the pi setup.

trickflow makes $1000 heads or 2000, obviously the $2000 are the better ones but ported pi heads maybe around the same performance of the $1000

Incorrect. The $1000 ones you see on summit and jegs are for one single head. You wont find trickflows anywhere near a grand unless theyre used or for a 5.0.

pi cores as in a pair of used stock pi heads. like a core charge at a part store. you bring in your old parts to get your core charge back.

its arrite. i made the same mistake and started telling everyone thats what i was gonna save for lol. then one of my friends pointed out how they have "each" listed next to the heads. made me feel dumb.

ok thats what I thought, sounds like an awesome deal, the only problem is, because you send in your stock head, and you have to wait for him to send in the new ones, I wont be able to drive my stang for weeks, probably months.
