My 98 GT won't accelerate need help

Hey guys today I drove my old 98 GT around block and my gas pedal felt pretty stiff and car felt very slow to accelerate any idea what could be causing it? I did a tune up on it and it didn't help at all. I thought it could had been my old spark plugs but that wasn't the case.

I think im going to take it on the road and floor it to see if I can get above 20mph like before because right now I feel that gas pedal really odd...I felt i was giving it enough gas to take off, but it just seem so slow.

Weird, I was about to say that also.

But yeah, that's what it could be.

Maybe 2 months of sitting oil is new, but the gas isn't, but its almost empty so I will fill it up with some new gas later and see whats going.

I was turning the car on often tho through those 2 months

Well that aint so bad then. Keeps the oil mixed some and all that good stuff. I would definitely go put some fresh gas in, if you have an aftermarket air intake make sure the filter and all the little couplings are tight. You know all the little annoying things you need to check

I would be willing to bet its all in your head. your 2010 is drive by wire, thats a lot different then a 98which has a cable to operate the throttle. There s a big difference in power and driveability.
