Tires.


I wanted to know what you all run with your ponies. i read in a magazine that goodyear eagle F1 tires are one of the best, yet they have a hard time sticking when i launch. were as my old hankooks didnt. so just wounderin what yall invest in!

it kinda pisses me off because these tires are like 180$ each. lol and my 70$ hankooks launched way better. although if you want grip in rain these goodyears are by far the best!

my Yoko's are next to the best as well, ride smooth, grip quite well.

I'm running Kumho ECSTA ASXs, but I need All-Season tires as this is a daily driver and it rains a crapload out here. Much MUCH better than the Falken ZIEXs that were on there when we bought it! Those things'd lose traction anytime the motor headed north of 4K rpm, and the ABS would start kicking with with any slow application of brakes on wet pavement. The Kumhos are awesome, no hydroplaning, great lateral grip with nice progressive loss of traction.

I've been reading and hearing a lot of good things about the Falken Azensis RT615s. When I get my new wheels I'm thinking about going with those.
