Removing air silencer ?


Will I feel any difference ? And will it change the fuel , air ratio , to run lean ? Walt.

wont feel a differance but it does help. Take it and the airbox off.

I added the K&N conical filter, remover the silencer and cut a hole in the top of the air box and noticed a huge difference.
Don't worry about changing the air fuel ratio's, the PCM will automaticly compansate for that. CAI is a waste till you do something about the intake and exhaust.

ya i did the same think with my K&N as you Rich96 and i felt a slight difference... but i just went ahead a month later and bought BBK intake
