I have had a bad personal experience with patriot heads that costed me a large chunk of cash, their valve guide tolerances tend to be wishy washy.
Being that is a used set I would be cautious, I have heard of people using up to a quart of oil every 50-100 miles. I am not telling you not to get them just trying to warn you of their potential problem.
I would go with the P.I intake over the typhoon, they called it the typhoon for a reason, it blows. I have yet to see this intake put on a car alone and see positive gains, on a N/A engine I would not waste your time with any intake unless you have money to blow.

WOW, that is high $5200. The fox lake heads are far far better than Patriot, in this game (modular motors) you get what you pay for when it comes to quality.

I heard they got their shit together finally. But Im only 30 miles from their shop and meet a guy at the dragstrip one day and I was talking to him and mentioned patriot performance. The guy said he used to work there. So I asked about the valve guides, and if that problem was fixed because I heard it was. He told me that he doubted that it was fixed and that he wouldnt buy shit from patriot performance. He would have them do port work but nothing else. Take this as you please, Im just passing on information that I heard. It could just be bullshit from a disgruntled ex employee.

supercharge it. it will get you more power than heads and cams. it shouldnt run you more than 300-500 to get it installed
