NGKs all the way.

One article I read (I believe it was in GRM) was about doing all the mods you could to a Spec Miata. One of the things that was open was the spark plugs. After doing numerous dyno tests, all aftermarket plugs were within 1 hp of each other, which as about 2-3 hp *down* from the stock NGKs.

NGK is probably the best plug you can run!

autolites are not tht great. But normally i suggest Motorcraft plugs for people who dont mod their cars.

I wouldnt say autolites are crappy. I know a bunch of 5.0 guys that run em, especially nitrous cars. Denso is a good plug but expensive somewhere around $13 a piece.
I put NGK in my car a few days ago. I had bought motorcraft. And a guy came in the shop wanting some NGK's put in his infinity, so when I called and got a price on the NGK's for his car I got a price for some to put in my car and they were $2 cheaper than motorcraft so I sent them back and got the NGK'S!

Ummm, yeah, if you're looking at Iridiums. If you go down to a double-platium or single-platinum plug (those aren't double or single electrode like a Bosch, it just refers to how much/where the platinum is used) they're only about $2.50 a plug.

Sparkplugs.com FTW.

I have seen the same thing happen...

Me personally I prefer NGK's for modded cars...
