New guy here & thinking about buying the car inside

I already have a 1996 GT convertible but am kicking around the idea of buying this car, My question is what would you pay for it? Please look at the upgrades and tell me what you think...Here is the link

I understand the low milage and all the mods but none of them really amount to much. This isn't even a 'FULL bolt on car". The price is way high in my opinion. The seller should correct all his typing errors too.

I mean if you compare it to other Mustang's for sell then no. It is still too much. Wasn't that guy that had a Black Cobra with a Saleen body kit selling his for like 7? There was also that guy that was selling/trading his Mystic Cobra for around that? I will say no. The car is ugly.
