no....pi heads are ported different. and all around bigger. you can p&p npi heads and put a nice set of cams in them to outflow stock pi heads but thats about it i think.

a set of cams. a pi intake manifold the hose that runs thourgh the V of your block and a few other odds and ends. there is a good write up on it (with exact part #'s) on Mustang Parts & Performance - American Muscle
