Nitrous Guys.. I Need Some Help

I have a 96 gt with around 73k on it. Im going to put a 100 shot wet kit and need some help deciding about rods and pistons. Should I keep it stock or get some forged stuff. Im not in any rush, I want it to be reliable. I know if I get the forged rods and pistons I can up the shot too. Also, what brands? I've looked at several but I'm thinking of going with MMR with h or i beams and some forged pistons as well. Should I go with flat top, notched, dished etc?? I just want to do it right for my power level. I dont want to spend a fortune either.

Thanks for the reply, I know what type of kit and brand etc. I was just wondering if I should upgrade rods and pistons before. I plan to make somewhere close to 400 rwhp with pi intake, cms stg 2 cams and a 100 shot

hm, Im going to be getting a dyno tune. These cams make crazy power on nitrous. I may up the shot to a 125 instead of 100 or maybe a 150.
