thats with a complete pi motor. didn't want the miles from the old bottom end. pi heads will raise your compression= more power. just do you want the miles from your bottom end is the question.

With stage 2 heads with stage two cams you will get your 290 easily!

lol seems like i can't win either way....either its cheap to buy heads and intake but cost alot to put on or it cost alot for a supercharger and cheap to put on....grrrr so it sounds like i'm just better off getting the mongoose kit from MPH and make more power since i'll be spending close to the same amount either way i go.....am i right or wrong?

Well i guess i can answer youre question in a short amount of time. Because i have PI cams and PI intake with a few bolt ons. Will have all soon. And i found a Powerdyne im going to use. They are not real junk s/c but they do have weak points, but what do you want for CHEAP money.

Well its a 6psi kit with 8psi pulley. comes complete with everything for 500shipped. So im sticking with it. I have sent out a powerdyne before to have the bearings upgraded and a new belt. And guy is still running it with 9psi for over 3 years now.

Yep you sure could...But you would want to go to the dyno before getting into boost just to double check stuff...

Yeah I didnt mean you had to take it there...

He will send you a very very good canned tune...One that he has made from tuning other cars with the same mods and such as yours...

You want to get it up on a dyno so that you can double check the Air Fuel Ratio...
