Tranny Tune Up
How much oil, and what kind is the best to use?

its about 3 and 3/4 quarts. And its just some Automatic Tranny Fluid Mercon-V.
Make sure it says mercon-v though because fords had a tsb on their fluid and changed it. anyways when your filling it up just fill it til its to the bottom of the fill hole. I usually just fill it up till it comes out of the fill hole then let it drip out til its done dripping. But make sure your on a flat surface.
