slight shake at idle

My stang has a slight shake at idle. Car has recently been tuned up with quality wires , belden brand from napa. All of the plugs I replaced looked good. The coils ohmed out good. So what else. Could cause a slight rough idle ? The IAC is new (motorcraft). Motor is a Pi motor from a 2002 GT it has approx 76K. On it.

perfect answer..i thought mine had problems also untill i realized its the extra HP i added to the engine plus the 8 not honda style 4....

new motor mounts should take care of any shake you might be having.
