cylinder 6 misfire

My check engine light came on today on my 96 gt. The code read cylinder 6 misfire. My first question is which cylinder is number 6, and what could it be? I changed my spark plugs about 8 months ago with really good ones. My Grandpa checked my coils and said they are good. An Idea whats wrong?

the second cylinder to the front on the drivers side! Maybe check to see if your injector is completely clogged!

If youre getting a number 6 misfire and its not running like complete crap. then its probably a coil or the wire. Because a injector would make it run real bad. Also the coil packs are junk on these cars.....how did gramps check it ?

he had some tool. Not for sure what it was. The car will run decent except when idling. when idling for a few seconds sometimes the engine will start to shake and it feels like the car is going to die. When i give it gas it starts to speed back up and it runs fine.
