After mark 8 Swap... Need computer help

Ok so i finished my mark 8 swap about a week ago ive been driving it around but im getting check engine light for a few codes i was hoping you guys could help me with and some questions that i have for the computer in my 98 gt....

1. My codes are, p0401,p0304, and p0174
I think they may all be related... Now my fuel rails are getting pressure i changed the spark plugs, wires, and coils so i assume there isnt a spark issue, im thinking its more vacuum related and fuel.
I was thinking about replacing the injectors with some cleaner ones.... Prob start there.... What do you guys think?

I tried cleaning the maf i wanna get one from my friend and switch them over to see if it runs better...

2. Are our computers tuned for the injectors or are the mafs tuned for them.... Cause i wanna put some 24lb injectors with matching maf but im not sure how the computer will react.... Will i need a special tune?

3. One more thing does anyone know why my car misfire up in the rpms it feels like its freaking out at like 3500 and up it surges idk if its misfireing exactly but its something weird for sure... Could it be o2 sensors causing the car to have power issues?

you wont get away running a different injector/maf without a tune on the car. you at the very least will need a flash tune on an Xcal or diablo if you want the bigger injectors. vacuum issues made alot of problems for me after my swap as well so i would start there for sure. it helps ALOT if you have a vacuum gauge on your car and you can read it while under normal driving/operating conditions.

Try getting a tune and go from there.
