Odometer Not Working

So my odometer is not working. One of the teeth on the little gear in the dash is wore down. The Mechanic can not find this part even through ford. He told me to replace the whole dash. Does anyone know if you can get this gear after market and where.

SO simple to do that. Just buy that little gear kit in the link up there. The hardest part is getting the cluster out of the dash

What they said! I just replaced my odometer gears about a month or 2 ago...not too hard.

EDIT: sorry, just look at the instructions and it's fairly similar to what I had to deal with. Don't want to make things more confusing. haha
