radiator


so i was driving today an my car overheated, i popped the hood a small stream of smoke came off the middle of the fan. the top of the radiator was on fire. i knew my car had a slight coolant leak but never had problems.. i think my radiator has a whole in it what do yall think.

no i didnt mean literally on fire...haha it was just hot as fuck but i flushed out the radiator today and i still had the problem then i realized that the fucking fan wasnt going and the smoke was coming from what looked like the fans motor.. big problem or minor?

What do you consider big or small problem? If it is the fan it shouldnt be that big of a problem

oh lol- if it is the fan it's not too big of a problem, but a fan is more than you think...i think mine was like 200.

ya i was looking at them on mustangs unlimited and was shocked at the prices... but i think im gonna go ahead and get a really good one... it said can increase up to 17 hp so maybe like 5-10 hp right?

now i realized the upper radiator hose isnt moving coolant through it.... what should i do ..need help bad

is your thermo stuck pull it out and run it fr a few see it is the same or not

i just went and bought a thermo and a new black magic fan cause i took it to a shop and they said it needed one im gonna put it in tommarrow

put in new thermostat, and if fan seems ok, check temp sensor that controls the fan
