Fuel system advice

Hey,

Just had some questions on the fuel system on the 97gt. My current fuel pump is going out (fuel pressure gauge shows fuel losing pressure when the car is off and it takes a few cycles of the key to charge it up to the correct pressure as well). I just purchased a Holley 255 LPH fuel pump and will install it next weekend.

I'm wondering with my current mods if/how I need to upgrade the injectors/MAF/fuel regulator, etc. My mods are:

CAI/PP throttlebody/accufab plenum/ P.I. intake/ ported and polished P.I. heads/ reground P.I. cams/Steeda UDP/BBK shorty headers (have a set up pypes LTs i havnt put on yet/

my injectors/MAF/FPR are all stock and I think i'm running a bit lean. I had the car tuned by houston performance so it has a diablochip in it but they were terrible and couldn't get the car to run with out detonating until they pulled a bunch of timing.Just wondering what you all think. Thanks

I'd say your still under the power limits for 19lb injectors... But your stock maf maybe shot...I'd say just 24lb it and lightning maf and you'll be set for a while.

You can call up a local shop that has a licensing with sct and can email you a tune to put into your hand held tuner for usually about $30ea. But I'm pretty sure your tuner has maf and injector selections. I've only used sf3 and xcal3 and those do idk any others

normally if you are losing pressure with key off the pressure regulator is going bad... pull the vacuum line off and see if its wet or has a heave smell of gas
