P1507 and P1443 Engine codes

The first one is the Idle Air Control Underspeed malfunction. i don't know what that means. i changed the IAC sensor that attaches to the TB about 6 months ago when i upgraded to a professional products 70MM TB. the second one is the Evaporative Emission Purge valve malfunction. if anyone knows what this is and the causes for each and likely fixes i'd greatly appreciate it. thank you. if its not one thing its another.

for the evap code check your gas cap. there should be a rubber oring in there. if its cracked/dry rotten or you didnt screw your cap all the way down it will trigger the evap code.

well, i changed to my original IAC and the idlle surge has stopped and the RPMs don't hang. however, my car still feels like its missfiring and stuttering... but once i'm in 3-5 gear at higher speeds it calms down and i can accelerate normally. also, i sea foamed the car, i cleaned out the IAC as best i could... heres the weird part, there is NO check engine light on... this is really pissing me off... any insight would be so awesome thank you!!
