3.73 gear swap

hey guys besides the gears you get what else do you have to have to do the swap..and is it really hard or no..my dad has a shop with lifts so thats not a problem and i have alot of tools..

pinion shims, carier shims, and a dial indicator. but you may not even need the shims. if you lucky. i got lucky and didn't need them. oh yeah and a crush sleve

nope. And to tell you the truth I would let somebody that has done gears many times before do the install! If they are not perfectly installed they will probably whine. And if your dad has done gears before then you should be fine!

you can go read it, he said somthing about an c16, i asked what that was, he started laughing and said your a ford boy you should know hahahahahahahahahaha its race gas,hahahahaahah. so i put , remember i'm new at this, ya'll have all kinds of motor like b16 d16 d15 b18 k29 k24. next thing i know i was banned. its funny i think. they are just jelous cause of the whole no torque thing.lol

I have reused the pinion bearing and shims and crush sleeve from my old set of gears before. That up to you.

i would get the gear from ford racing performance, they are about the best and i haven't had and wine or howl out of those gears yet
