Alright ford techs Need help diagnosing DTC's

I just got my sct livewire tuner yesterday, I don't have cats so my check engine light stays on, so I checked my DTC's and I got three codes:
p1443
p0420
p0430
Then today I uploaded my new tune, did a hp run, and got a base number, then I set it back to stock, and did another run (ass backwards, I know) afterward I decided to check my DTC's again, and this time I only got two codes:
P1000
P1260

My question is, what do these codes mean, and why did they change in the matter of a day?

Thanks
Phil

1000 is obd II monitor testing incomplete
1260 is theft detected engine disabled

1443 evaporative emission control system-vacuum system- purge control solenoid or purge control valve fault

0402 is egr flow excessive at idle
0430 is catalyst system efficiency below limit- bank no 2

My guess is you have the cats cut off or an off road mid pipe and you dont have the MIL eliminators correct? thats the 0430 , or you need an O2 sensor on the drivers side.
I have been getting the 0402,and 1443 on my car. I have a purge valve on the canister that is faulty apparently

Yes, I have an off road pipe, with no cats, I just wanted to make sure, that the codes I was getting were because of that.
