from those three i would go with the MAC, assuming you have a 96-98, the first one wont work cause its for a 94-95. and the K&N doesnt look like its a fender mount kit, IMO a fender mount like the MAC is better cause its a true cai that doesnt draw hot air from under the hood.

I took my "insde the fender" CAI and shortened the pipe so it's under the hood and put a bigger air filter on and gained like 5 hp over the fender mount. Or you can get a heat shield to reduce the hot air from the engine.

I would go with the JLT aswell! I will be upgrading at somepoint! Right now I have the MAC and its alright, but the JLT will perform much better!

You heard correct! That is why I suggest the JLT! It is plastic and is 4 inches in diameter. And then the K&N is just about the second best you can get!

And dropedbass: If you do have a strut tower brace on your stang then you will have to get washers and put it under the passenger side to get the JLT to fit!

At your power levels you will not see much of a difference between the CAI, but once you have more horsepower the plastic will be your best bet! And the k&N is your best choice!
