Bullitt Pedals

Okay so I got a set of bullitt pedals (dead pedal, clutch pedal, brake pedal and acclerator pedal) while I was a my local Mustang shop! Anyway I got the dead petal on no problem, the clutch and brake ones were a bitch, but they are on. But I am having trouble getting the acclerator pedal off. Here is the link that I am using and I dont know how to get the throttle cable off of the accelerator assembly so I guess that is my question! Thanks you guys!

i dunno what that link goes to but it didnt bring me anyw2here special.

the gas pedal is hard plastic and doesnt come off. if you wanna take the entire pedal off there is a pin that goes through it.

Are these just slip ons or actuall entire pedal assemblys.

Maybe a link to the pedals?

WOW....those are the crappiest instructions have ever seen!!!

I have done them in a matter of minutes. They arew the ones i thought they were too. They just slip over. I use silicone spray and they slip right now. And i never take out the entire pedal either. I just punch the pin out in the car.

Those instructions get 3 - 's and a

Becuase they are horrible.

i put bullitt pedals in my car and could not for the life of me get the damn pin out of the gas pedal. i would up cutting a small notch in the bracket on the back of the pedal with a dremel and snapped it into place. works fine, but if i slam on the throttle, it kinda pops off on the one side and feels funny under my foot.

Thanks man! I hope I dont spend any more money until I get my 4.10s in lol! I have almost 600 bucks and soon will have another 130 or so and that should allow me to buy the gears the place that I am going throught (Colorado Mustang) charges 259.99 for the FRPP 4.10s and then 250 for the install, and once they are in there they will tell me if I need ne bearings and seals! And because I have been in there at least every month since I have bought my car I bet they might even let me watch! And because they have taken care of me on most things I am just going to deal with the price of the gears!

Yeah thats why I am waiting until I get my next paycheck! That way I will have close to 800 bucks just incase! And I might beable to get the price of the gears down just a little bit! Pat that is the Latemodel specialist has hooked me up on just about everything! If I bring in a price from the internet, he will try and match it the best he can and sometimes he even beats it if you consider what the shipping would cost!

And to tell you the truth I am really thinking I might just do the new seals and bearings no matter what considering I have 122xxx miles!

Yeah I am thinking that it will probably need it, but if not it will be cheaper to do it now than later! BTW are your gears whining? I really wish I could do this my self, but I couldnt stand whining gears!
