see ive gotten the best results with the r's by rolling the water box, and 4/5 seconds in 2nd gear and a 3500-4000 drop..we pulled a 1.74 60ft with a 02 gt with h&r ss's and strange 10 ways...
me personally..wouldnt run the nitto's...they arent as forgiving at mickey et streets..and mickeys are cheaper

Just ran new NITTOS 555rs @ the track. Drove to the track w/ them took about an hour. Set them @ 14 psi. The guy at the track directed me to the water box then kind of directed me to how long to burn them. Those tires are pretty good if you have an auto trans. Grabbed like a mother. When I heat them i put the car in low gear (1) start spinning them to red line till i see some smoke. Shift to 2,release brake and kind of burn rubber towards staging slowly. Thats what worked for me.

forgot to follow up. They ran nice. I was dropping the clutch at 5k with no spin...
street tires spin at 2k... Heres a vid. I ran a 14.2@95.7 (2.02 60')

What's a good website or place to get some DR's? I've been looking around a good bit and haven't found any that are cheaper than the rest.
