i called the local mustang shop, cause thats how i settled it last time, and as ujstlst was correct. It was only the auto 5.0's. Also, I asked the one friend who i def remembered having this discussion with and it turn out that at the time he had a 1998 5.0 auto.

Did he convert it to 5.0?
Cause 95 was the last year in the mustang for the 5.0
