High flow cat questions

So I want to get magnaflow high flow cats so that if I ever get pulled over they can see I have cats and mufflers and I was wondering how much these would quiet my car down? Also would the high flow cats throw a cel or require a tune to use?

they will not throw any codes and they will not require a tune. But depending what mufflers you have it will quiet the car down quite a bit.

I have flowmasters but I'm changing to magnapacks or lm2s which is why I want the cats so if I get pulled over its for noise and I can prove its got cats and mufflers.

I have high flow cats slp with flowmaster catback and it is still pretty loud. But not obnoxious
