Yeah that where I'm applying it too but it might be because I add coolant immediately. I let it sit for a day to let it dry so hopefully it works now. I also want to get rid of the dorman and buy a Ford oem intake but the Christmas shopping killed me

You could probably find a used Ford one for cheaper than a new dorman intake!
Im returning my dorman i thought it was a ford one i was mistaken.

You need to get rid of the dorman intake, and the red RTV willl work, but when this mod was developed, most everybody used Black RTV. I used toyota black RTV because of how strong it is... I did 2 or 3 of the intake swaps and never once had an issue.
