96 GT No start...Tried everything I can think of

Alright so here's the full story.

I'm at the end of a turbo install. I bought the whole turbo kit package second hand from a guy which came with a tuner and all the other things it needs to work. I tried to upload the tune a couple weeks ago to try it out, and the tune did not load. The tuner locked, theft light started flashing, and the cooling fans came on at low speed. The car started and ran rough, mainly just too rich, I'm guessing because I went from 24# to 60# injectors. I ran it for a bit and shut it off, needing to address some exhaust leaks and other things to complete the project.

Here is everything I've done since the car ran.

I put some new clamps on the turbo pipes, relocated the coil packs to the back of the engine, removed the EGR (pipe, valve, and sensors), and ran the wire for the boost-a-pump through the firewall and hooked them up to the vacuum/pressure switch.

I go to start the car to check if the exhaust leaks have been rectified and the car won't start (doing the same theft light flash, cooling fan on thing). Cranks but does not run. Hook up my handy-dandy fuel pressure gauge, no fuel pressure.

Check for power at the inertia switch, fuel pump is not getting power. Check fuse for fp, pcm, and pretty much every other fuse, no fuse is blown. So I decide to check to see if the fuel pump will turn on by giving the relay a good ground at the CCRM, and the fuel pump activates, gives me good fuel pressure.

I've checked and double checked the wires I spliced into for the coil relocation, they all have good continuity and are not shorted to ground or power. In short, they are the correct wires. When the car cranks, I get spark but no fuel injector pulse, and the fuel pump does not prime when I turn the key on. I let the car sit with the key on and the THEFT light started giving me a 1-6 flash code, which means the PCM isn't communicating with the PATS module from what I've read.

So what to do next??? I've checked and verified the PCM is getting power. The wires between the PATS and PCM are good, PATS has good ground, PCM has good ground. I'm really at a loss and need some help. I've kinda run out of ideas. You help is greatly appreciated!!

Did you check the ignition switches (not sure if you can)? I looks like the pats shut off is on ignition switch 2. Look up the engine compartment fuse box diagram.

check to make sure there is power in and out of the BAP. i hooked up a BAP in a customers car, and wouldnt start. i can get power in but no power out. get power to the pumps and then start adressing next issue.

if you arent going to drive it in boost, i suggest putting your 24's in till tuning. that will allow you to run the tune you had before. then once your kinks are lined out, you can switch to your next set up for dyno tuning.

I haven't hooked up the boost a pump, only the two wires going to the vacuum/pressure switch that connects to the box. The rest of the box is not hooked up to anything.

I have Mitchell On-Demand and didn't see a PATS s/o switch.. Which circuit is it on? You know what fuse it is?

I'm thinking that might be the way to go about now. I need a tune anyways, I just wanted it to run to get all the kinks out b4 I take it and get it tuned. The problem I'm having is finding someone to tune it. The local shop is back up for weeks, and the guy in Jacksonville I was gonna take it to I can't get a hold of for some reason.

The pump isn't running because the PCM isn't grounding the relay for some reason. That's why I'm leaning more towards PATS but I don't know enough about it to properly diag. it. There's gotta be something telling the PCM not to power the pump on. Have yall ever seen problems with the CCRM, which has the PCM power-up relay internal in it?? It's the little module on the pass. side front inner fender (which is a pretty horrible place for an important piece of electronics haha).

I like the idea of running it on the 24#'s if I can get the pump to kick on, don't know why I didn't think of that before.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I'll look further into it and let you know what I come up with.

For some reason I cant get a link or upload a pic but under the ignition switch 2 (40a fuse in the middle, second from the engine).

Giving yall an update on the car. The PCM had all the inputs, powers and grounds it should've had.

I put a different PCM in it and it fired right up, no THEFT light, no CEL.

Weird isn't it? Something to keep in mind for those that may have this same issue. If you have a THEFT light that flashes 1-6, might need a PCM

Yeah man, now I'm just waiting on a tune. Need to save a little cash now lol. This build is way over budget! I just hope it's worth it in the end.
