Makes since. I had 235 60 16 on the back an 245 40 17 on the front lol it went off to day

235/60/16" = 27" diameter

245/40/17" = 24.7" diameter

Yup, there is your problem ABS wants to see no more than 1" differential in tire diameters, to avoid such issues. Take a look at those numbers, this is a full 2.3" difference

What about rubbing issues....? Do you have any of them to address? If your new tires are 315/35/17"s, you will only be at 25.6" diameter out back and expect your ABS light to still bark at you occasionally on a bit of harder braking.

Ya.... my e-brake cable has a 3" section of rubber coating that is completely rubbed off down to the metal housing.

i think im goin to go 255 40 on the front next month but i can say the only thing that suckes is that my stockers tucked alot harder them my 17s lol an i did not scrap just on big speed bumps see my car drop in 1/2 when i put my wheels on lol
