New addition to the family.

Hey guys, just wanted to let people know I picked up a 95 mustang gt, crystal white,5.0l with a 5speed t-5,long tubes w/3in pipes all the way to the rear, flowmasters, cobra intake, built lopey motor. great upgraded 02 cloth interior. No cracks in the plastic parts or nothing. Only thing missing is the front bumper and head lights.$1000 bucks is all the guy wanted for it. So now I have a new addition to the family of mustangs.

nice i always liked the 94 and 95 gts because it was the only sn95 years they came with the 5.0 motors you should change the heads because on them cars the heads i think are e-7 heads which came on the truck 5.0s so plenty of low end torque but didn't produce much horse power. Hold on to this car if its matching numbers they are gonna be worth money because only two years they were manufactured and then they went to the 4.6 modular motors. Good job post some pics

Oh im holding onto it. Every mustang I buy I keep. Ive got 2 so far. It has a built motor in which I mean someone put money into it an alot of it isnt the original parts except the housings and block. The way it goes boom coming from the exhuast you can tell its got flat-tops and a huge cam.

I've got three so far. Sort of, my '96 gt which is by far my favorite, 08 gt vert and a '63 falcon with a 289 out of a '66 mustang. Mind you mustangs were based off of the falcons.

Back to the point, sweet ride man! Get a cobra bumper and some chrome saleen rims and she will look fantastic. Post pictures!

That seems really cheap are you sure its ok? I mean the parts alone are worth prolly 2k. Take your time with it and go through it. Is it stolen you have the pink right?

I dont have a computer so ill have to borrow one to post pics. No the guy really needed the money. The only reason why its missing the bumper is he was putting the cobra bumper and lights on it and then he got locked up for a dwi and lost the o.e. bumper and lights. He got a dwi in a diffrent car then he baught the mustang ran into some money problems with court fees and fines and lost his job and it sat for a year. It does need some tlc to the motor compartment as some of the vacum hoses are worn out and routed wrong and its in bad need of a tuneup. I have a job and all but with christmas around the corner ive been ordered by the wifey that im not to spend any money on it right now. but I can start her up and mover her around the yard. Ill post pics when I can.

That's a great deal. I used to have 3 mustangs and have owned 4 but now am down to just 1. The pic is a few years ago after a snow storm. We had my Saleen, my wife's saleen speedster and her old 98 drop top.

Needless to say them bitches weren't going anywhere that day.

Drakkhen20: Nice find. I had to opportunity to pick up a 95 yellow GT with 110k. Auto. But the guy wanted 8k for it so I passed.

97S281: The snow gives a cool white top looking paint job effect to the car. If you were to clean off the rear window that is.

I have 2 stangs atm. my wife's 00 V6 and my 96 GT. Needless to say she did not want me to get another mustang and when I got the V6 she hated it. But a couple months later she finally drove it and loves the car now. Only problem is she wants it to be faster. She said if I'm going to build up my GT I HAVE to build hers up. Ok No problem. Lol

ahhh the good ole v6 mustangs i use to own one i had mine in the pennsylvania motorama event took 40 top favorite and more trophies at home for it i recommend some 4:10s with a locking rear and a underdrive pulley kit with a vortec intake system that will wake up the v6 i loved mine but never got no respect in my town for which all my freinds own 11 to 12 second mustangs so now i got a 98 gt no problems no more lol much love needs given out for the 6 cylinders though because one of the first factory mustangs in 1964 1/2 was straight six as a base line model so sixxers have been around for a while

funny thing is i havent put her on the road yet. i need a tune up and set the timing before i do that. my father in law is king of mustangs and hes letting me strip on of his and the interior is the same color. so im getting little stuff thats dealer items and cant be found anymore or are already stripped when you find them in a junk yard. so far ive got lights and a new reservoir he had laying around, a stock stereo, spare tail lights and the hood cowl( the black piece that sits behind the hood if you didnt know) some spare vents in and out and some rubber pieces and springs, etc... i could go on and on about all that im getting from this scrap body. but its coming together preety good. i have moved her around the yard and gears and such seem in order. put some fresh 93 in her too and new thermo and anti-freeze. oh yeah, im a happy camper. i have a car i can fiddle with now.

no, im still putting it back together. it has cast iron heads on it. im not pulling the engine apart, no need to. on a 5.0l i dont know what signs to look for on the heads to see what they are so... but it is running, i just need to tune it up. which is in the process. i put the headlights on today and tomorrow my father in law and me are bringing it to his house so we can do more work to it. hes built 9 sec mustangs since he was 17 and worked for Ford and was certified through their schools, hes a freaking genius when it comes to these cars. so itll be good in a few months.
