yea i do i traded in my 40th anniversary v6 for it i only drive my cars on special outings so this car will not see the road much i bought it for a investment and to get outta of the slow little v6 i had. I couldn't pass it up i mean the interior is spotless not one scratch not any stains the dash is in mint condition and the paint i only can see three little nicks on the bumping the size of a pen tip. The only down fall is it needs new front tires but thats it i never seen a 98 gt in this good of shape the motor is clean enough i bet anyone to get a white glove and go over it i bet the glove will still be white. Its honestly a show room condition car. i only took it to one car show this year and it took first place in its class so i know more people like it then just me but i wouldn't care if they didn't its my car and its how i wanted it.

It wasn't done cheap either i have all the service records and the body shop records all were done professionally the true blue flames were 1800 dollars alone and the hood is a cervini's cowl induction hood i know they go for 300-600 alone and my CAI intake was done at cj pony parts i plan on getting it a sct tuner with under drives and 3.73 or 4.10 gears in the spring maybe ill buy a bbk upper intake and throttle body but ill have to wait and see i have a baby coming in the spring and this car is gonna be there's someday.

Mine is a 97 and as you described your car and I paid 5500 two years ago. I thought that was high but liked the car. I have seen ones selling now not near as nice as mine for 3-7k. I understand you bought it as a investment but dont see you ever getting more than that later down the road. Now if you bought it in the 5 to high 7 range I could see you making money later down the road just my opinion. You have a nice stang though.

thanks and i know the price range of these cars, money don't matter to me you always make more money but just saying the guys you see on barret jackson auction sells 66 and 70s mustang and i've seen plain jane 6 cylinders go for 60 to 70 grand . Im not compairing mine to that but i plan on holding on to it for many many years its a matching motor and trans car and its a 1 owner vehicle i'm the second i mean people are gonna have there opinions but they did with my v6 and i sold it for 1,000 more then i owed for it so its all on the buyer i can forsee the american muscle car market value starint to rise in the next 2-3 years.

Those " plain Jane " 6 cylinder cars are rare and the ones you see go for 60-70 grand ( really?) are all STOCK and ORIGINAL. Neither of which your car is.

My neigbor see's things the same way though. He has a 94 vert that is stock other than 03 chrome cobra wheels and he thinks it's going to pay for his retirement or something. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful car and it gets driven maybe 200 miles a year but I just don't see it happening. Too many people pigion hole cars nowadays for there to be that much demand for them in 30 years.

ANYWAYS, nice car man. I actually like the flames and I love silver stangs.

for gear recommendations i would ask the auto experts (tbird, casper, sharkbait, scott...) a member on here (Eddy21x) got a personal best of 13.2 with his 'vert (auto, stock converter with 4.30 gears) that isnt too shabby.

alot will say 4.10 as a minimum but alot of other guys will say go with a 4.30.

well i dont know what it looks like cuz i guess you posted a pic but my browser wont pull it up. but i just a new one too, lol. i guess its starting to rain mustangs. i guess thats better though. it could be raining camaros, yuuck! good find.

ok now it loaded it. sweet ride man. i wouldnt do nothing to it but put gas in her and drive. im not a big fan of flames on these sn-95s though. seems too old school on a newer body style, doesnt sit right with me. but if you like it and it makes you happy freaking go for it.
