You're contradicting yourself. When you said 10W-40 here, you said 10W-30 at SVTP. Now you say you're running 5W-30 at SVTP and 5W-40 here. It's getting really confusing to keep all of this straight.

I think you mean Racecougar. Yes, that is my screenname over at SVTP and most other websites (I'd really like to change my screenname here, if anybody could help with that). I replied to your thread over there.

I don't have a diagram to show you. You can see some of them in this pic (the socket head plugs).

I don't recall off the top of my head. Doublecheck that you have the one I pointed out in your SVTP thread installed.

I did just check brotha and i have that one its only on the driver side head tho? Also i dont think my pickup tube could be the problem anymore either because that pickup tube is designed to work with all cobra?gt's oil pans. Just as the pump is too. This issue really bugs i just wanna drive my car lol

Yes, that is just on the driverside head. It doesn't take much to tweak the pickup tube and alter the distance from the pickup to the pan. That's why you always check that distance when assembling any engine. It usually requires a little tweaking to get it right.

1/4" to 3/8" is the rule of thumb.

But wouldnt it having trouble picking up the oil all the time? BEcause i only have low oil pressure when its fully warm, if it were the pickup tube being to close wouldnt the oil pressure always be low

Oil pressure is going to drop as the oil comes up to operating temp.

I don't see anything out of place. IMO, it's going to be the rod/main bearing tolerances that are causing the low pressure, but there is no telling without tearing it down.
