The reason i need to know the info its because i need to change the lifters and well my mechanic told me that those head are not of the car, i told him that my car had a full pi swap in it. Some tell that they are winsor some tell that they are of 99 gt lol so its kinda confusing any help would be gladly apreciated friends

99 and 00 mustang gts have windsor motors.so if your car has a full pi swap then you do have windsor heads, which were also on f-150's. so just go ahead and get some lifters for 99-00 mustang gt

Lash adjusters Romeo to Windsor are the same.

As are the followers.

Everything that comes off a Romeo head can go into a Windsor head. The only diff from the factory is the Windsor head came with individual cam caps, Pressed on cam gears, bigger timing cover bolts and a different valve cover bolt pattern. But if your mech is telling you that you can't use parts from one head to the other, he is wrong. Find a new Mechanic...

If you port and polish properly you will notice a good difference. Removing all of that turbulence.
