New mustang
This is my 96 opal frost gt. Its got 86k and i picked it up for 4 grand. Im putting a new transmission in it monday along with clutch kit, ujoints, flywheel and clutch cable. Then thursday its going in to have a little bit of paint work done to make it look like it did in 96. Ive upgraded to some simco gauges and steeda tri-ax shifter. What headlights, exhaust, and less expensive mods i should do before my PI swap and tune.

did you roll the odometer back too? you said in your post 86k miles but show 63k in pics

The simco gauges i got had 63k on them and i didnt change it when i installed them.

for headlights i like the smoked cobra lights. exhaust i would say slp as i think the sound is the best. other mods you could do would be suspension but first i would ask what is done to the suspension if anything?

when i had it on the lift it looked like it had some eibach lowering springs but thats about it

yea i forgot to say nice find on the car man. and i personally would do suspension. but it depends on what your goals for the car are (track/drag/daily). i would do some suspension like shocks/struts, control arms, FLSFC etc. also a cheap mod is to do the new edge front brake upgrade. they go for crazy cheap and its a decent upgrade from the sn95 brakes

Love the car! Nice find and beautiful interior. Wish my grey looked that good.. also, the only cluster i could find like that was like 700 bucks.. I would def say slp or mac catback. Headlights would look good in a new set of stock or maybe smoked, your car seems like chrome fits it best. Either way, nice find!

Thank you. Im usually not big on chrome but this time around it just fits. I was able to pick up those gauges for 180 shipped on ebay. Im thinking about getting a bassani off road x with the slp.
