Hoods

Im looking at hoods but i'm not sure what to get. I like the 2" Cowl or the Cobra R. How about some pictures of aftermarket hoods on the 94-98 body style?

I know! Now picture it with a new edge's sonic blue paint, keep the black on the hood and drool at the thought of my creation.

Or at least I will till it happens lol

Mmmmhmmm spring time I will be snapping tons of pics because I will be finishing up painting the interior and also swapping panels and paint on the car as well as rims hopefully. I think I'm gunna be just getting those side svo panels painted and then store them till I do my motor swap. No pointrunning side out panels with no side out exhaust system... This idea makes me very sad tho...

97S281's hood is by far my favorite hood on an sn95. I'd say get one of those, that is if you can find one.

I had a svo hood on my car when i bought it an had so many problems with it not fitting properly then it started cracking then just came apart so my experiences with them are not good.

Is this your car? Can you show some pics from inside? I like the look, but im not sure how high i want it to stand up, i want to keep my field of vision pretty good (its a dd and a tall hood would seem inpractical since its not for heat extraction, mostly visual)

For some reason that Cervini's heat extractor (which looks like it's 03/04 Cobra inspired) just does not match the SN-95 body like it does on the new edge.

I like the cowl hoods myself. But does anyone have anypics of the straight 3" cowl instead of the 2 step style cowl like 98SnakeHorses?

Yes it is my daily driver, here are a few pics, its a pretty functional hood, doesn't really obstruct view, and made enough room for the supercharger.
