You'll need an intake as well, they came stock on 99 - 04 GT's.

I would suggest Ebay. you will need heads, intake, cams. And other hardware. I suggest getting 2002, 2003, 2004 heads. If you dont you will run into more problems then its worth. Due to the different size bolts and different camcovers and front cover.
