I'm going to start with the obvious, how much coolant is left in your tank?

Are you going by the gauge, or do you have some other indicators? If you are going by the gauge you need to check by installing a mechanical gauge or using an Ir thermometer.

Check the thermostat . Check the coolant level. Also you may need to change the low speed fan setting in your tune. I had this issue and i set it to come on at 185 on a 192 thermostat. it stays between 190-194 at all times. Also look into a mark VIII fan .

did it start running hot recently or has it been that way since you bought it? It seems you have made alot of upgrades to the cooling system already.

it has run hot ever since the procharger was installed and tuned.. i had the shop go back over the tune and they are saying it is correct and should not be affecting the temp..

Are you going by the stock guage or an aftermarket? Are there any other symptoms of the car overheating or is it just on the guage?

The reason I ask is the stock guages are not very accurate. Most people who see overheating problems on the guage but don't have any actual symptoms find they really don't have a problem at all once they put in a aftermarket temp guage.

The 96' cars all had actual cooling problems but Ford corrected the problem for 97+

Well I see why you are stumped then. Looks like you have covered all the bases and are still having problems. Unless your high flow water pump is screwing up or your new radiator isnt flowing right I dont understand why your having problems either.

Did you flush your coolant whenever the Procharger was installed? Theres a chance that you might have an air pocket somewhere.
