Down Pipes Too Small?

So when i had my cats removed the exhaust guy made the down pipees like 2 inches diameter or mb a little less almost. Do you think that has any ill effects on upper end performance since i have no back pressure besides mufflers ? Im going to get him to redo them but figured i would inquire before i spend cash on this.

2" dia is small as shit. But if im correct you should see more top end less bottom with straight pipes.

According to american muscles exhaust, midpipe, header buyers guide. Others here with actual dyno numbers may of more help though. Cant always believe what you read.
