Why I love american muscle!

So today I got a shipment for my new suspension, and realize that I bought the completely wrong year for the part. I contacted AM, and told them my mistake, and they gave me the option to ship it back. I realized that I only live about 10 minutes away from their headquarters and asked if I was allowed to just get it switched out if I brought it to them, and they were awesome. When I got there, they had a customer service agent assist me, and while doing so, they gave me a tour of there whole facility!!! I was just expecting them to give me the part and done, but they were extremely welcoming with me, their headquarters is so nice, and the calling center is amazing. If you think they dont care how long you want, your wrong. On the screen, I saw the average wait time for the day was only 1 minute! Then when all said and done, I was ready to leave, they showed me all there show mustangs in there garage!! They let me sit in them, look under the hood, and everyone there is extremely knowledgeable about everything. There was so many things they showed me, and could not believe what they did for me, even if it was my mistake. Sorry for such a long post.

They put on a big open house every year in the late summer/ early fall. They have contests and dyno runs and all kinds of vendors on hand.
