Starter Bolts :@ !!!!!

So i finally got my stupid starter out to get at the dumb o2 sensor on my mid pipe because for some reason i couldn't do it. So when i put it all back together i said screw it and tightened down the 2 bolts that were reachable and hucked the stinkin 3rd one as far as i could so i would never see it again . Bad idea? It seems like its on there really really tight.

The 3rd bolt definately SUCKS!!..I did clutch, pressure plate, tob, pilot bearing a couple of weeks ago in my car and it took longer to get that one bolt out than it did to do everything else..I left it out of mine when I put it back together to.

I'm sure they were thinking something along the lines of " Let's make this such a pain in the ass that they will take it to the dealership for repairs. "
