What to do???

Ok guys here's the deal... I have my '96 Stang GT 5 speed Convertible, has no cats, Flo's, MSD coils & MSD 8.5 Super Conductor wires, short throw shifter & under drive pulleys! I'm up in the air of what to do after I get it out of the body shop? I want to do the PI swap, but having only ever really worked on a Chevy I'm kinda stressing about it! My question is this; would it be beneficial or okay to add a cold air intake, upper plenum w/75mm throttle body, 3.73 gears w/new speedo gear, BBK long tube headers, MAF sensor & an SCT tuner &/or possibly a dyno tune without doing the PI swap or should I also do the PI swap & upgrade the cams? All help or advice is greatly appreciated & welcome, lol! I live in Canyon Lake,Texas so any nearby Stang members that can meet up with me and give it a once over would be cool too! Thanks, Frank!

Good luck with a proper speedo gear. I have the once meant for my 3.73's and its still off by about 10mph. 3.73's will wake your car right up, CAI will give you some more top end, plenum and TB will do the same. PI swap will bring your compression up to about 10.5:1 which is fantastic. A tune will really wake it up. All of that being said and done you'll be at about 290-300ish at the crank.

Yeah my car is pretty quick as it is! I've owned 2 Stangs prior to this one... A 1990 LX w/a Boss 302 that was bored .060" & trashed internally backed by a tremec & a 1989 LX 5.0 that I bought back in 1997 that had a 350 Chevy in it w/a lil over 450hp that made a lot of people mad when I popped the hood after they got beat, lol! But back to the topic... So I should do the PI swap & all my chosen upgrades & go ahead & upgrade the cams to the Comp Cams 274H? I would think even with an SCT tuner it would still benefit greatly with an added dyno tune, is that right?
