steering squeak help!!!

Need help can not figure out what is causing this horrible squicking I get randomly when I turn the wheel. Ive already put it on jacks and as soon as I turned the wheel It stops squicking, it only squicks on the ground. My wheel bearing is bad and front springs were welded together by previous owner. Could this cause it? I have a new bearing/ lowering springs on order also. Don't mind how dirty my car is its winter(snow tires ftw). She will get a full detail when its nice.

Here is a vid hopefully someone can help

ball joints. jack tge front of your car up so that theres a couple inches between the tires and ground. take a big pry bar and pry up from under your tires. if you feel any play the ball joints are bad. but they could also squeak without play. mine did that last year
