yeah on my car it is from rubbing that ebrake thing. I know 100% I have had it on the lift before and seen where the both of them have nice shiney rub marks. So yeah I honestly think thats where my noise is coming from. And it never done it until I put the eibach springs back on. And by puttin the stock snubber back on it wont make matters worse. when the axle is loaded up the pinion angle goes up towards the bottom of the car. if a longer snubber were in place it wouldnt let it angle up so high, thus not letting the drive shaft rub the ebrake crossover.

You may have that mark on youre ebrake rivet...as do i. I HAVE NO NOISE. So you cant say 100 its that doing it. And how would a longer snubber be a good thing.....you lowered the angle of youre car. You changed everything such as the travel of the rear end. Everything you just said completely makes me think otherwise of what i thought about you.

Im done with this post. Keep on going on as you have been .

I got the same issue too with my Cobra. It's lowered with H&R springs, spring insolators and I feel the "bump" under hard acceleration.

Yeah, I'm still hoping to get some time to crawl under mine this weekend and try to see what's going on. Have you taken a look at yours to see if you can determine what's causing it?

Ok, for the record, putting the stock snub on is a bad idea. Due to if your suspension trys to move up, your stoping it, and going to cause the car to take the bump instead of the suspension. So casper was right on that. But, the drive shaft could hit the ebrake stuff. And obviously with the shining spots it is. Get a hammer....
